Notice and Comment
During the spring of 2016, 18F expanded the eRegs platform, adding Notice & Comment features that allow users to comment on proposed rules—down to the paragraph level—and help agencies manage and organize comments coming in. The pilot project launched in July 2016 with the Environmental Protection Agency’s eManifest team.
